Strength training gear was originally designed for cis male bodies.
But anatomy is diverse: many women, non-binary, and trans folks have larger hips, shorter torsos, and a whole lot of internal organs that cis men just don't have. Not only can conventional gear fit oddly, feel uncomfortable, and limit athletic performance, there can also be devastating impacts on pelvic function.
Strength training has been proven to deliver many positive benefits: longevity, higher quality of life, reduced risk of injury, improved metabolism, denser bones – the list goes on. And that's not to mention the positive mental health effects!
Fear of a public urinary leak (or worse) shouldn't stop you from lifting heavy weights. We're setting out to change that by designing strength training and weightlifting gear that actually supports diverse bodies.
Because everyone belongs in the gym.

Emily had no athletic background prior to discovering the barbell in August 2021. She quickly fell in love with strength training, continuously amazed by all the new abilities her body learned as she got stronger. As she prepared for her first powerlifting meet in 2024, she discovered that she couldn’t find any equipment designed for women’s anatomy – and now is setting out to change that.
Outside of lifting, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and traveling to the most remote places possible.
